Admission Procedure for Bachelor of Engineering courses in Advanced Engineering College and Management.

Eligibility for Admission in BE courses
  • Must have passed the entrance examination conducted by Institute of Engineering.
  • Must have secured C or more in all subjects of Class 11 and 12 with 200 marks of Mathematics
Application Procedure
  1. Deposit NRs. 400 as application fee at any branch of NCC Bank and get Deposit slip. Account details are following:

  2. Log in to online application portal of ACEM (acem.edu.np) using IoE Entrance Roll Number and Rank.
  3. Choose the Academic program( BE Civil, BE Electrical, BE Electronics, Communication and Information, BE Computer) of your interest - Fill up the remaining information and voucher ID provided by the bank.
  4. Submit the completed form. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
  5. After successful submission of the form, a confirmation message will be displayed in the screen. Confirmation email will also be send to your email address.
  6. If case the submitted form needs to update, please contact the College Administration/Admission Team.
  7. Important Dates for online form submission and admissions are followings:
    Online forms: 10:00 AM xth Bhadra, 2076 to 5:00 PM x+3th Bhadra 2076.
    Applicant List Publication: x+8th Bhadra, 2076
    *College may call for new forms after publication of Second admission list.
Admission Procedures
  1. Check if you have been listed in the admission list published by the college
  2. Visit the ACEM college for admission along with following documents:
  • IoE Entrance Score Card (original)
  • Two passport sized photos
  • Character certificate and mark sheet of SEE.
  • Character certificate and mark sheet of +2.
  • Citizenship certificate
  1. ACEM College will assist in submitting online admission and Get the “confirmation page”. Verify it from Centralized Admission Portal.
  2. Important Dates: Exact dates will be published once IOE announces in month of Bhadra 2076.

    First Admission List Publication: within 5 days of exam completion
    Claim on First Admission List: Next day of First Admission List 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
    Admission from First list: 4 days from First Admission List
    Second Admission List Publication: 10:00 AM from next day of 1st Admission closing.
    Claim on Second Admission List: Next day of Second Admission List 10:00 AM to 2:00
    Admission from Second list: Next day of List publication.

Switching of Academic Program
To avail this facility, one should have filled academic program priority during online application form submission. If your ioe entrance exam score is sufficient to get you listed in other academic program, you will be eligible for shifting.

Option for Switching College
To avail this facility, one should have submitted application form to multiple colleges. If you are interested in higher priority program at another college, you should login to IOE Centralized Admission Portal (admission.ioe.edu.np) and select “Switching Interest”.

Online Application Process
Student who has passed the entrance exam of IOE (entrance.ioe.edu.np) should fill an online form to get admission in this college.
  1. Deposit NRs. 500, non-refundable/non-transferable, as application fee at any branch of NCC Bank, account in the name of ACEM. For selecting more than one program on priority basis additional 100 Rs for each program need to be deposited.
  2. Log in to online application portal of ACEM (acem.edu.np) using IoE Entrance Roll Number and Rank.
  3. Choose the Academic program( BE Civil, BE Electrical, BE Electronics, Communication and Information, BE Computer) of your interest.
  4. Submit the completed form. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
  5. After successful submission of the form, a confirmation message will be displayed in the screen. Confirmation email will also be send to your email address.
  6. If case the submitted form needs to update, please contact the College Administration/Admission Team.
