Mr. Manu Sharan Kumar is the topper of the First Semester, Bachelor of Computer Engineering (BCT), Institute of Engineering (IOE), TU. Similarly, Ms. Ritee Lama is the topper of the Sixth Semester, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), TU.
