Yoga for Mental Health

On the occasion of ‘International Day of Yoga’ on June 21, 2024, Advanced College of Engineering and Management, ACEM, is organizing an enlightening yoga session "Yoga for Mental Health". All the interested students, faculty members and staff are requested to join the session. The yoga practices offered in this session are simple yet powerful and can be done at any time of the day at the convenience of the practitioners. These Yogic tools, if practiced daily can enhance your life in many ways.

Benefits of these practices include:

- Create mental stability.
- Create peace and wellbeing.
