Er. Isha Pant is a Lab Instructor in the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering at Advanced College of Engineering and Management (ACEM).

Professional Experience
Prior to her current role at ACEM, Er. Isha Pant served as a Web Development Intern at Nepller Technology, where she gained practical experience in full-stack web development using Python, Django, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. She contributed to the design, development, and deployment of web-based applications.
She completed her major project titled “Comparative Study of Audio Source Separation in Time and Time-Frequency Domains,” which involved a comparative analysis of speech separation techniques using Conv-TasNet (time-domain) and Deep Clustering (time-frequency domain).
Research Interests
Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning, with a focus on leveraging technology for community impact and an openness to exploring emerging areas in AI
Additional Experience
Vice-President, Project Association for Computer and Electronics (PACE), ACEM (2024–2025), where she played a key role in planning and organizing technical exhibitions, hackathons, and technical sessions
