Er. Santoh Niraula is the Head of Department and an Assistant Professor of Department of Civil Engineering. He has been consistently serving acem since 2014.
Education
Er. Niraula graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Pulchowk Campus, Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 2013.
He completed Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the same institute of engineering in 2019.
