Mr. Shinjan Koirala has more than 25 years of experience in managing different organizations and has been actively involved in engineering education since the very beginning of the privatization of engineering education in the country. He is also a board member of Geotechnical and Associates Pvt. Ltd. (GTAA), a newly established laboratory in the country that provides quality service in the field of Geotechnical investigation and material testing.
