About the Hult Prize
The Hult Prize, also known as the Nobel Prize for Students, is a global, year long event and a competition that has been encouraging undergraduates towards the path of social entrepreneurship by challenging them to build business ideas around various global issues.

HultPrize@IOE-Pulchowk Campus is the on-campus qualifier of the same legacy which leads the winners to the regional selection, castle accelerator-UK and then the finals where the winning idea is awarded a million-dollar seed funding.

The theme for this year's challenge is "Redesigning Fashion". With the ever-growing fast demands and needs in the fashion industry, the fashion industry has become the world’s third-largest manufacturing sector contributing about $2.4 trillion to the global economy. Over 150 billion articles of clothing produced each year, fashion employs 300 million people across its value chain — a sixth of the world’s workforce.
