Orientation Program - 2080

Advanced College of Engineering and Management (acem) organized an Orientation Program on 14th of Poush, 2080 for the new batch of Engineering and BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) students. The program was graced by the presence of various intellectuals and experts of engineering and technical field of Nepal amid the executives’ team as well as Heads and Deputy Heads of respective departments of acem. Apart from presentations and speeches by the main speakers, students from every department also shared their feedback and experience regarding the program.

The program began with the welcome speech by Prof. Dr. Durga Prasad Sangroula, principal of acem. The main speakers of the program were Er. Aananda Raj Khanal, Chairman of Nepal Digital Leads; Er. Ram Kumar Shrestha, Joint Secretary of Department of Water Supply and Sewerage Management; Er. Manohar Shrestha, Management Consultant/Trainer; Er. Milan Adhikari, Research Assistant at acem’s Research and Innovation Unit (RIU). Assoc. Prof. Suraj Lamichhane, Assistant Dean of Institute of Engineering (IOE), also graced the program with his presence. Mr. Ramesh Kumar Silwal, Chairman of acem, shared his insightful ideas in the closing remarks of the program. This orientation program was also attended by Er. Lochan Lal Amatya, Chairman of Nepal Research and Education Network, he is also one of the Board of Directors and the former principal of acem.
