Advanced College of Engineering and Management (ACEM) is pleased to announce that Ms. Jashmi Maharjan and Mr. Rajendra Dulal, 4th-year students from the 2079 Batch of the Civil Engineering Department, have been selected for the Student Fellowship under the Industry-Academia Collaboration Program with Hydro-Consult Engineering Ltd.

This achievement reflects the students’ dedication, academic excellence, and readiness to embrace opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom. Through the fellowship, they will gain valuable exposure to professional engineering practices, participate in real-world projects, and work alongside experienced industry professionals. Such experiences play a vital role in helping students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application while developing the skills and confidence required for their future careers.

The Student Fellowship Program serves as an important platform for strengthening the connection between academia and industry. By engaging directly with professional environments, students are able to enhance their technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, communication skills, and understanding of industry standards. These opportunities contribute significantly to their academic journey at ACEM while preparing them to meet the evolving demands of the engineering profession.

At ACEM, fostering meaningful industry-academia collaboration remains central to our mission of producing competent, innovative, and industry-ready graduates. Through partnerships with leading organizations, the college continues to create pathways that support experiential learning, professional development, and career advancement for its students.

The college extends its sincere gratitude to Hydro-Consult Engineering Ltd. for its continued commitment to nurturing emerging engineering talent and for providing valuable opportunities for students to gain industry experience through the Student Fellowship Program. Such collaborations are instrumental in enriching engineering education and empowering students to develop the knowledge, skills, and professional outlook necessary for success in their chosen fields.

ACEM warmly congratulates Ms. Jashmi Maharjan and Mr. Rajendra Dulal on this notable achievement and wishes them a productive, enriching, and rewarding fellowship experience.
