Background and Purpose

Nepal, a home of numerous rare species, is also one of the potential habitats of snow leopards. According to WWF (World Wildlife Fund) Nepal, these rare magnificent beings are listed as one of the vulnerable wildlife that are almost at the brink of extinction. Even in Nepal, their population is rapidly dropping due to multiple causes.

Hereby, the idea of ‘Drone Conference Nepal’ was executed in order to overcome such a pressing matter. Here, unmanned aerial vehicles, popularly known as drones, will be acting as a silver lining to protect the snow leopards living across various regions of snow-capped mountains. Their location will be traced and studied through aerial mapping to further examine their immediate as well as long-term difficulties.

In addition to this, drones can be used to carry out an extensive array of tasks, ranging from mediocre tasks like package delivery to highly complex missions such as emergency rescue. Nevertheless, this noble objective of the event will be almost impossible to accomplish without the able and enthusiastic human resources. Henceforth, the event also envisions to safeguard the endangered wildlife.
Furthermore, the conference is considered a huge learning opportunity for engineering & technical students, not to mention a wonderful platform for national and international intellectuals, scientists, and experts from the relevant fields. This ultramodern device has a multi-purpose feature that in fact provides innumerable learning methods to technical students with different specializations.

Hence ‘Drone Conference Nepal’ will undoubtedly be a milestone in the rising discipline of Artificial Intelligence in Nepal.
